Ralph and his crew are top notch. I got a quote from Ralph a few years ago but never got around to doing the project until recently. The communication via email and text has been great and he’s quick to respond. Even though Ralph wasn’t there personally his crew Jairo was very professional and responsive to requests. On the day of the install I asked for a few changes to tuck the rain barrels out of sight and they accommodated the changes. Also they helped me move a cable that was running across my yard that has been an eyesore. I took this opportunity and they helped me move it 8 feet without any extra charge.
