The job was done on time and per specifications. The crew was punctual and courteous. I had a minor adjustment request after the job was completed. Ralph responded quickly and returned the next day to perform the adjustment. Brothers’s quote was competitive in comparison with the other quotes I received. The deciding factors were Brothers offered life time warranty (others only offer 1 ? 2 years), and Ralph took the time to explain the details of the work, how the job will be done, and the materials will be used. This was educational and at the same time put me at ease of knowing what I would spend my money for. The gutters received their first test from the rain yesterday. It worked as expected.
