From
obtaining the bid to completion of the work, the entire process moved efficiently and as anticipated.
Ralph Flores
responded promptly to the call for an estimate.
He explained various options concerning size of gutter, gutter and downspout placement, gutter fastening options for the particular roof styles (two roof segments comprising the total residential roof).
The work was completed in two phases. First,
installation of the approx. 200
feet of 5?
gutter and downspouts. The work began
early morning, and was completed that day in a workmanlike and professional
manner. As per Ralph?s recommendation,
the gutter hangers were fastened into roofing boards, underneath Spanish
S-tiles (existing roof), rather than into the stucco wall. This provided additional strength
Another portion of the roof needed a different approach than using the conventional roof gutter. Ralph had suggested a metal diverter. Ralph showed both approaches, by holding actual examples of each, gutter and diverter, in place at the roof line. This facilitated the decision to go with the metal diverter.
Approx. 60 feet of metal diverter subsequently was fabricated and installed as a 2nd phase of the total work. This installation began early morning and was completed the same day. The work was completed in a workmanlike and professional manner.
I recommend Brothers Sheet Metal to any potential customer interested in rain gutters and related metal fabrication, e.g., metal diverters.
