Ralph, from the company, came out to give me an estimate. I was asking him if he felt that we should replace the gutters entirely or simply repair them. Another company had tried to sell me on replacing them entirely with new gutters. Ralph explained how they could be adequately repaired and how he felt that would be preferable as unless we had new gutters custom made, which would be prohibitively expensive, the currently available pre-made or extruded gutters were of a sort that wouldn’t fit our architecture all that well. His bid was quite reasonable and included a three year guarantee of all the work. The other company said that they wouldn’t even try to repair the gutters. Sold.

Ralph and two workmen showed up on the morning scheduled, right on time. I walked around the house with Ralph while he explained what they were planning to do. When it came to the downspouts that needed to be extended he pointed out a way in which one could be routed directly into a drain and he offered to do that for the cost of the materials alone – which wasn’t much. It was a great idea. The work was done quickly, neatly, everything cleaned up afterwards.

It poured rain about a week after the work was done and everything was perfect. The drains that had caused problems before – leaking, overflowing, downspouts creating puddles next to the foundation of the house, etc. were no longer any problem at all.

I really don’t know how we could be any happier with the work that was done or with our interactions with the company. I am, of course, hoping we won’t need their services again anytime in the near future, but if and when we do we won’t hesitate to call them.
